Autorenporträt

Soo Min Toh is Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour at the University of Toronto, and Professorial Fellow at the University of Edinburgh. Her research in the context of organizations around the world has produced theoretical and managerial insights in the areas of organizational culture change, leadership, cooperation, and cross-cultural management. Angelo DeNisi is the Cohen Chair of Business Administration at Tulane University, USA. His work has been published in many major journals in psychology and management, and he serves or has served on more than 2 dozen editorial boards, including service as the editor of the Academy of Management Journal. He has also served as the President of both the Academy of Management and SIOP, and his research has been recognized by awards from both organizations.
