Nandita Iyer is a medical doctor who specializes in nutrition, and is a seasoned columnist. She has written on nutrition, health and food for over 15 years. She is the author of the popular blog Saffron Trail and the bestselling book The Everyday Healthy Vegetarian. She has been featured in and has written for BBC Good Food, Vogue, Femina and India Today, among other publications.
When not experimenting in the kitchen or writing, she loves pottering in her kitchen garden and singing Hindustani classical music.
