Olivier Rubin is Associate Professor of Disasters and Global Politics, Department of Society and Globalisation, Roskilde University, Denmark. Morten Thanning Vendelø is Associate Professor and Co-Founder of Copenhagen Center for Disaster Research, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
