Gary Chesson is a co-founder of Trinity Partners, a Carolinas-based full-service commercial real estate firm with 175 employees, and Trinity Capital Advisors, a private equity real estate investment firm that has successfully invested over $4.0 billion across the Southeastern United States. In addition to being a serial entrepreneur in the commercial real estate industry, Gary is an avid fisherman, artist, runner, and passionate advocate for the homeless. He spent his childhood in Durham, North Carolina, and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Gary lives in Charlotte with Kim, his wife of thirty-one years; they have three daughters.
