Ayodeji Oke is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Quantity Surveying, School of Environmental Technology, Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria. Wellington Thwala is the Chair of SARChl in Sustainable Construction Management and Leadership in the Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
