Joni Powling was born in London. Her most vivid memories of her youth were when she was fighting to stay alive during the blitz. As she grew older, she found herself drawn to writing. Her previous books including The Seminole Collection, Beauty is Forever, Dark Whispers From My Past and It's A Cat's Life.
