      Roy Belden is a Managing Director & Environmental Counsel for GE Energy Financial Services in Norwalk, Connecticut. Mr. Belden provides Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, and environmental permitting and compliance support to several power plants, wind farms, and other energy assets owned or being developed by GE Energy Financial Services.  Mr. Belden was previously with Chadbourne & Parke LLP, where he counseled corporate clients on environmental issues including Clean Air Act permitting, compliance, and enforcement actions. He has written and lectured extensively on the Clean Air Act and other environmental issues, and previously served as a Vice-Chair of the ABA Air Quality Committee.
