Chair Yoga - Easy, Healing,Yoga Moves You Can Do With a Chair

Chair yoga is for anyone! Whether you have bodily constraints, if you're recovering from an injury, or if you're in the office and going stir crazy sitting in a chair all day. Whether you're older or younger, if you have a chair you can get a great workout using this problem.

You can enjoy your chair yoga super slow and easy, imagining the move in your minds eye, while consciously firing the muscles involved in that move, even if you're not able to fully engage in it.

Or you can take it to another level altogether, using the chair as a prop to push further into the asanas, the moves, than you do when only on the yoga mat.

Chair yoga is filled to the brim with Blythe Ayne's infamous stick people. Come join us!
