Autorenporträt

Yvette Citizen is a freelance diplomatic, judicial, and conference interpreter. She has interpreted for Deepak Chopra, Eckart Tolle, and Wayne Dyer, among many others. Prior to becoming a freelancer, she worked as a staff interpreter for the U.S. District Court in Tucson. She holds a master's degree in bilingual and multicultural education and has taught legal interpretation at the University of Arizona's Court Interpreter Training Institute for sixteen years. In 2017, Yvette cofounded The Confident Interpreter, a source of training resources for budding interpreters. She thoroughly enjoys teaching language skills to others.
