Der 1966 in Kaiserslautern geborene Autor Martin Fiedler, ist nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss seines Betriebswirtschaftsstudiums 1993 in Mainz, seit vielen Jahren beruflich im gehobenen Retail-Management tätig. Unter anderem hat er bereits bei dem Verlag Springer-Gabler Bücher wie ¿Anleitung zum Erfolg¿ und ¿Erfolgreiche Mitarbeiterführung und Steuerung im Retail-Business¿ veröffentlicht.
