Boago Nthobatsang is a teacher and performance improvement facilitator. He is passionate about enabling others to develop confidence in the value of their skills and talents. His particular interest in education has led him to work with primary and secondary schools (in Botswana) to improve their results.

Before I Lose my Voice is his first published book, although he has written and shared his work as booklets as part of his motivational engagements.
