In regard to this phenomenon, the previous studies more touch within the determinants of urban youth unemployment, in some cases on young women rather than rural area, especially in Bibugn woreda yet not any study in a concern of youth unemployment. The studies couldn't also indicate clearly the policy implications, the method they used and have gab in analysis of the findings. This requires an adapted conceptual framework, the investigator, therefore.
