This book is an analogy of my emotional and psychosocial anguish for a half a century.
Mark Gerard Heckel was born on April 19, 1961, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Due to a fever at nine months old, he nearly died but it damaged his brain. From then to the age of fifty, he was cursed with paranoia and depression. He left school at sixteen and somehow managed to stay alive for fifty years. He then finally was able to get help and found he had a gift for writing and had the confidence in himself to share my darkest thoughts and anguish to others.
