The Quantum-Inspired computing enables advances in speed and scales sought after for true quantum computers, however, with none of the cost, energy and deployment obstacles being experienced by today computers.

This book gives insight into how the drive to perfect processes utilising combinatorial optimization lies behind many cases for quantum computers and how quantum theory drove research to suggest that quantum computing could be possible and comprehend what quantum computing is. We will also cover various types of quantum computers and quantum technology, before turning towards the business case for quantum computing in the financial sector.

While quantum computing sounds great it is essential to comprehend the difficulties, both technically and operationally, in the way of accomplishing those business cases, then review what the new levels of quantum-inspired computing is, what it's delivering, and see who is already utilising this innovative technology.
