Autorenporträt
Kevin Mullin was born in Waukegan, Illinois in 1957. His parents moved him and his two brothers to New Orleans when he was ten. A year later, he moved near Hammond, Louisiana, on the far side of the Tangipahoa River, on the other side of Robert (it's okay if you never heard of it), where they lived in an old antebellum farmhouse (absolutely, not a mansion). No one in the house ever saw a ghost, but they all heard footsteps walking in unoccupied rooms, inexplicable sighs without a source, and various other unexplained sounds. Kevin's father was born in Dorchester, Massachusetts and some of the descriptions of that city come from his recollections. Kevin currently lives in Arizona and searches for untold stories from the depression to retell, as so many anecdotal memories will soon be gone forever when that generation passes on to their reward. "Amy Collins: A Boston Adventure" is his second novel.
