She is also a mother, an avid reader, and someone who understands the power that the written word can have to transform a life. An educator at heart and by trade, her Ph.D. demonstrates her commitment to the avid pursuit of knowledge and the desire to lead out as a teacher. She hopes that her transparency will encourage and edify others in their own journeys of faith and self-acceptance.
