Renate Haußmann, M.A. Biographical and Creative Writing, Diplom-Sozialwissenschaftlerin, ist systemische Personalberaterin und Coach mit einem Schwerpunkt in der Entwicklung von Lösungen für sozialökonomische Fragen in Organisationen und Unternehmen. Sie leitet das Institut für kreativ-biografisches und kreativ-therapeutisches Schreiben »Schreibweise Hamburg«. Sie ist Mitglied im Segeberger Kreis - Gesellschaft für Kreatives Schreiben e.V. und in der Gesellschaft für Schreibdidaktik und Schreibforschung e. V., Göttingen, und engagiert sich zudem als Dozentin und Autorin.Petra Rechenberg, Diplom-Pädagogin, M. A., ist approbierte Psychotherapeutin, Supervisorin (DGSv, DGSF, PTK, DGPB), Mediatorin (BM), Lehrtherapeutin und Lehrsupervisorin (DGSF), Psychoonkologin (dapo), Dozentin für Palliative Care und Trauerbegleitung. Außerdem ist sie klinische Poesietherapeutin (DGPB, DGKT), Schreibwissenschaftlerin und Autorin.
