She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and an MBA, with an extensive professional background in business and technology. Dr. Turner also hold a Doctorate in global education policy. Her research and work as an administrator in higher education at an elite US research institution is focused in the arena of "minoritzed" stakeholder diversity policy input and change.
