As she begins to lose all hope, a little Lab retriever enters her life and warms her heart but to only once again be filled with sorrows as Luna, the little Lab retriever falls sick. She turns to God that he may free them from their suffering, only to feel that he, too, is against the ones who are in pain. While her elder son struggles to keep the fires burning, he pleads to her to look deep within.
