Struggling to find her place and purpose in the world, Emily must make some difficult decisions and step outside her comfort zone to find happiness. But will her past choices and decisions catch up with her? Will they come between her and Luca?

And when family tragedy strikes, and circumstances threaten to separate Luca and Emily again, can the two best friends find a way through all the trials and roadblocks to finally achieve their goals and find what they've both been looking for?
