She has gained a national reputation for creating delicious dishes that meet the demands of today's health-conscious lifestyle. Her recipes have appeared in Cooking Light and Modern Maturity magazines. She also runs a business, Incredible Edibles, from her Long Beach, Indiana, test kitchen, where she creates recipes for clients such as Kraft Foods and Ekco Housewares.
