Alexa Grbic Lash has always had a strong passion for art from a very young age, which inspired her to be involved in many art classes over the years and start to obtain a a degree in fine arts. She is a wife and a mother of two young boys who also enjoy books! Writing and illustrating a children's books has always been a dream of hers, and to share her beautiful illustrations and creative stories with children all over the world. This book specifically touches her deeply as she has lost many of her close family members starting at just the age of 15.
