Anthony J. Davis Sr. is an international speaker, certified executive coach, and youth development leader who values dedication, service, and excellence. As a decorated nonprofit executive, Anthony brings unique perspectives gained from his personal and professional experience to empower educational institutions and youth development organizations to unleash the untapped potential of their students. As a former high school All-American, Anthony participated in the TRIO program at Palm Beach State College (PBSC). The life-changing strategies he learned in TRIO propelled him to become a first-generation college graduate and the national male NCAA scholar-athlete of the year (football) at the University of Central Florida (UCF). As the Senior Regional Director of Operations, at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Anthony manages the operations of 20 after-school program facilities and is responsible for the lives of over 13,000 K-12 students and 450 employees. He is known for his leadership, passion, innovation, and creative thinking in problem-solving. As a man of faith, Anthony knows that he cannot do anything without God and the support of his family: Ericka Davis, his wife of fourteen years, and their four children: Zoriyah, Zaria, Anthony Jr., and Amarii.
