Dylan (DIElan) Pritchett is a native of Williamsburg, Virginia. Since 1990 he has shared his delightful talent and African/African American folktales throughout the country, teaching morals, values and history while having a whole lot of fun. Dylan's first children's picture book was THE FIRST MUSIC (August House, 2006). He is past-President of the National Association of Black Storytellers and Festival Director. A proud father of Dylan Jr. and Shannan, Dylan lives in Newport News, VA.
