Antoni Verger is Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Christopher Lubienski is Professor of Education Policy at the University of Illinois, and a fellow with the National Education Policy Center. Gita Steiner-Khamsi, PhD, is Professor of International andComparative Education and Chair of the Department of International and Transcultural Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University.
