This book discusses the worklife balance (WLB) of women employees working in banking sector specifically in urban and rural areas. Work life balance is an emerging concept in HR in the content of modern organizations. The framework of the book is focused on the worklife balance problems of women employees in banking sector. A model was developed using analysis of moment structure. The women employees working in urban area with one dependent are less comfortable in their self-management. The expectations are also not fulfilled for them in both personal life as well as in worklife. This book gives few suggestions to check and maintain their worklife balance.It is concluded that the level of women employees' satisfaction on work life balance in personal and work life satisfaction is higher for the women employees of nationalised banks than in private sector banks. Good family support, better child care and dependent care.
