Dr. Manjula Kola is assistant professor in Department of Home Science,Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, India. She has been teaching for Food Science and Technology for Post Graduates.She completed two major research projects and contributed to more than 20 scientific publications.She has more than 18 years of research and teaching experience.
