" The author was born in Oak Park, Illinois, and has lived in both Indiana and Ohio. This book is a nonfiction account of her experiences with raccoons and other woodland animals upon returning to her childhood home in northern Indiana. She has also published a more whimsical book, A Little Book of Animal Verses For Children of All Ages."
