Covering wild crops at all scales-from millets to forest trees-this ten-volume work is the first comprehensive assessment of wild crops as a genetic resource. Richly illustrated, it includes 125 chapters written by almost 400 authors from 40 countries.
Wild crop relatives are now playing a significant part in the elucidation and improvement of the genomes of their cultivated counterparts.
