In this hybrid work of poetry, memoir and art, Holley reveals authentic glimpses into the early experiences of alcoholism. Using haunting and often unexpected small moment stories, Holley shares her innermost voice, almost confessionally, to describe the destruction of trauma and substance abuse in her life. As a follow up to her first hybrid-memoir of childhood, There is Only Lampyridae, Holley continues to tell a remarkable story of turmoil and growth in this relatable memoir published by Finishing Line Press.
