Autorenporträt
Franz Spengler wurde im August im Bayerischen Wald geboren. Nach seiner Ausbildung als Koch, zog es ihn nach München. Dort arbeitete er einige Jahre als Barkeeper in Insiderdiskotheken. Mit 28 Jahren zog er nach Essen/Ruhr und arbeitete wieder als Koch. Dort lief ihm ein Kater zu, den er Felix taufte. Nachdem jemand seinen Kater Felix etwas sehr schlimmes angetan hatte und er immer mehr hörte und hilflos mit ansehen musste, wie andere Tiere gequält wurden, schrieb er dieses einfühlsame Buch. Franz Spengler hat sich seid einigen Jahren dem schreiben von Kinderbüchern, Kinder und Jugendtheaterstücken, Kinderlieder texten und dem Hörbuch besprechen gewidmet. Der Autor lebt seid 2003 mit seiner Familie in Ostfriesland. Seid einem Schlüsselerlebnis mit seinem Kater Felix, ernährt er sich vegetarisch/vegan. Der Autor beschäftigt sich weiter noch mit alternativer Medizin und mit Quantenheilung.
