Christopher Everette Howard is an American College of Sports Medicine certified exercise physiologist, nonprofit founder, scholar, and author. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science (University of Pittsburgh) and a Master's degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Health Promotion (California University of Pennsylvania). In 2012, Chris established C. Howard Fitness, his successful personal training and rehabilitation studio located in Pittsburgh. In 2022, he established The Community Wellness Initiative of Pittsburgh, a nonprofit organization that offers education and support works to economically and systemically disadvantaged members of his community. His book "Wellness Beyond Weight Loss: Transcending the Scale and Finding Fulfillment, A Memoir and Guidebook" tells his personal journey while providing guidance on improving your own wellness.
