Elina Grigoriou is a London-based Interior Designer and Sustainability expert. A leading industry figure in sustainable interior design and fit-out environmental change, Elina is a RICS Accredited Ska Rating Assessor for both Offices and Retail and her support and involvement in the Ska Rating initiative has been instrumental in bringing the system into effect. Elina is Chair of the Ska Rating Technical Committee in addition to advising on its future development. Richard Francis is Principal of The Monomoy Company, a strategic research and advisory firm serving clients in the built environment. He is Chair of the British Council for Offices Environmental Sustainability Group, Chair of the British Council of Shopping Centres Low Carbon Working Group, a founding partner of the Feeling Good Foundation, a Ska for Retail Development Partner, an editor for Intelligent Buildings International and an elected member of highly respected organizations.
