Shanon Mary McNeil grew up in a desert valley with a growing fascination of the monsoon season, thunderstorms, and severe weather. When this interest collided with her passion for art and storytelling, she found the story she needed to tell, Weather Bound. Shanon has been drawing since a young age but began taking art more seriously around age 13. She is now attending university as an animation student, pursuing the artform which beautifully combines the visual arts and story.
