Rashidov Rahmatullo was born on January 24, 1984 in the Namangan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2008 he graduated from the Namangan Institute of Engineering Economics with a master's degree. In 2020, he defended his dissertation and received his PhD. He is currently the head of the Namangan Institute of Engineering and Technology.
