The objectives of the study was to find out the effect of warming up as well as difference between the warm up having different intensity and duration. The data collected on their sprinting jumping and throwing ability on three different occasions i.e. without warm up, first type of warm up and second type of warm up, was computerized. F-test was applied to obtained the desired results.
