Dave Shoji has coached the University of Hawai`i Rainbow Wahine women's volleyball team since 1975. He was named national Coach of the Year in 1982 and in 2009, and is one of USA Volleyball's all-time great coaches. He is included in the Hawai`i Sports and the American Volleyball Coaches Association Halls of Fame.
