Sherrie L. Nash, MS, DVM, is a practicing veterinarian and a Veterinary Medical Officer of NVRT-4. Sally B. Palmer, DVM, is a practicing veterinarian and a Veterinary Medical Officer of NMRT - Central USA. Jerry J. Upp, DVM, EMT-B, is a practicing veterinarian and a Veterinary Medical Officer and Deputy Commander of NVRT-4.
