This book studies various growth strategies adopted by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) focusing on Katsina Local Government. SMEs contribute immensely to the economic and social development of any country. In today's challenging environment, businesses must create strategies to grow beyond their known scope. Most SMEs adopt these strategies to enhance their viability in the market and win a competitive advantage. It is to determine the strategies adopted by SMEs, analyze the challenges in adopting them and recommend solutions to them. A descriptive research design, simple random sampling techniques, and both primary and secondary data were employed. The majority of the businesses had developed market penetration strategies for their entrepreneurial growth. The study recommends that the entire management should emphasize strategies focused on the organizational objectives, produce a way of rebranding or repacking products to suit the consumers' tastes, revisit the strategies in terms of business branches and assets to reach the consumers to their doorsteps, identify potential suppliers with quality products to compete with large companies in the market.
