Autorenporträt
Bonnie Duresa is a Barrington Hills historian and contributing author for the Barrington Library and local magazines. She has held advisory board positions and is a member of several historical and genealogical societies. Duresa's decision to create this book was made to honor her father-in-law John Duresa's service in the US 14th Cavalry of Fort Sheridan. Follow along with the troops through this pictorial history of Fort Sheridan to witness their activities and parades throughout Chicago, journey past landmark buildings and streets, and experience the thrills of Soldier Field War Games and Tournaments.
