Baliarsingh obtained his Master Degree from NIT Jamshedpur in 2001 and Ph.D Degree from KIIT University in Power System Engg. in 2010.He has published so many technical papers in Internaitonal Journal/Conference.Presently he is working as Prof. and HOD in Electrical Engg. Dept. in Orissa Engg College, Bhubaneswar.
