Death was no stranger and murder has always been a close relative, so when I received the phone call that murder had just knocked on a family member's door, that meant I had to stop and leave all of my new morals of living behind. I was about to make my entrance into a world that I once thought I would never return to, but life has a strange way of making you revisit your past. A life of fire and the coldness of ice, was about to my new venture. Befriending people and police who were once my enemies, are now going to be some of the people I relied on to get to the bottom of this madness. Before leaving town, I knew what I had to do. Placing a phone to call to alert my Hollaboy and KG family to let them know I was coming and round up everyone that was still in the hood. I could picture them doing roll call as I drifted down memory lane to ease the pain that I was feeling deep inside my heart as it crept to my soul. I knew that once I left out of this house under these circumstances, that this may be the last time that I ever get to live a normal life again. I knew that this was only the beginning of what was to come. I didn't know whether or not breathe in hope for my future or wait ..............Until Dirt Becomes My Rooftop!
