Richard Perinchief is the senior pastor and founder of NOW Church in Ocala, Florida. Richard and Gail, his wife of over 42 years, believe the Lord has called them to impact their community and the world through the local church. Since 1990, they have focused on simply "building a relevant, creative church, empowering people to reach others." Their primary message is one of spiritual BREAKTHROUGH into God's highest purpose. Richard has traveled extensively to over seventy-five nations on six continents, connecting people to God and proclaiming the value of real relationships over religious routine and ritual. Since having an encounter with the Holy Spirit in his mid-twenties, he has carried a promise in his heart of personally touching at least one hundred nations for the Lord. Richard enjoys many types of music and is an avid sports enthusiast-especially football and particularly his beloved Florida Gators college team. If he's relaxing, you'll almost always find him around the pool or at his favorite Florida beach. His greatest pleasure is spending time with his family, including his five grandchildren.
