Provision of basic education to all citizens of Ethiopia is also articulated in the new education & training policy(1994). Moreover,Ethiopia reaffirmed her commitment to achieve UPE by 2015. Currently, we left with only three years to accomplish the target year. The government of Ethiopia also tries its best and achieve an interesting stage. However, the Aggro-pastoral Gumuz community of Benishangul Gumuz regional state lives in a harsh & unreachable geographic area where the community needs a great support in this regard.Besides, the socio-economic,climatic, cultural & political capacities of the community needs wise, targeted and effective strategyto achieve the goal of UPE.

Since then he is working as a Lecturer in Gilgelbeles College of Teachers' Education, found in Benishangul Gumuz Regional State of Ethiopia, as an instructor.
