However, the Aggro-pastoral Gumuz community of Benishangul Gumuz regional state lives in a harsh & unreachable geographic area where the community needs a great support in this regard.Besides, the socio-economic,climatic, cultural & political capacities of the community needs wise, targeted and effective strategyto achieve the goal of UPE.

Mr.Negusie Dibissa has obtained his MA degree in the field of Educational Planning and Management on the stream of Educational Policy and Planning in 2009. Since then he is working as a Lecturer in Gilgelbeles College of Teachers' Education, found in Benishangul Gumuz Regional State of Ethiopia, as an instructor.
