Olga Burlyuk is Postdoctoral Fellow of the Research Foundation - Flanders (FWO) at Ghent University, Belgium, where she teaches and conducts research at the intersection of EU/European studies and Ukrainian studies. Gergana Noutcheva is Associate Professor at the Department of Political Science at Maastricht University, the Netherlands, where she teaches and researches European foreign policy and its impact on the European neighbourhood.
