At present, in large cities the most intensive construction work is carried out in the central areas of cities. Such areas are attractive for the investors since they already equipped with the required infrastructure and with highest population intensity, and on the other hand, with the historical and prestigious buildings. World experience indicates that for a comfortable stay in ametropolis, the volume of underground areas should be 20-25% of the total construction.
