Aida Salazar es una autora galardonada y activista de las artes, cuyos textos para adultos y niños exploran temas de identidad y justicia social. Es autora de las novelas en verso de grado medio, y aclamadas por la crítica, The Moon Within/La luna dentro de mí y Land of the Cranes/La tierra de las grullas.
