Currently, there is no replica, book or 3D computational tool to replace the study from the real human body. There is also the difficulty of universities in acquiring cadavers for anatomical study, and the degradation of existing bodies due to their manipulation by parts of students and professionals. It was then realized the need to develop a learning tool that would meet the needs of anatomical study in the laboratory, which would be able to do the dissection of organs for the study of human anatomy. This work was inserted in this context, and aims to perform the image segmentation of the skeletal, circulatory, digestive, nervous and respiratory systems of the human body, in ultra-high-definition, 2K, of the male body from the Visible Human Database (VHD), using as reference models low-definition images, using image recording techniques.
