She has 25 years' experience as a teacher and gifted education program coordinator, and coordinated the Gifted Education Master's degree program at Regis University, USA. She served as National Association for Gifted Children's Special Population Network Chair and Parent Network assistant chair and was a frequent presenter at National Association for Gifted Children and the Council for Exceptional Children Conventions.
