Prabhat Kumar Saha specializes in Intellectual Property Law. He has studied B.A. (History) (Hons.), LL.B. and LL.M. at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India. Currently he is pursuing Ph.D. on the topic Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer under TRIPS Regime at Law School, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, India.
